Eight serial blasts rocked Jaipur for the first time last night killing 60 and injuring 200 innocent people. India is under grip of conflicts in Jammu and Kashmir, northeastern states and attacks by Naxalites and Maoists in eastern and central India. The terror trail is fast moving to other peaceful parts too putting a question mark on rising homegrown terrorism and India’s efforts to counter it. Nationwide strikes took 2,300 lives this year alone, apparently, hampering India’s growth and rise as a superpower.
