Jade Jagger is the new face Debenhams lingerie range Adore Moi.
The 35 year old daughter of rock star Mick Jagger, will star in the promotional campaign of the high street department store.
Although some critics have criticized her for appearing in a campaign for a high street store, as it is not her standards.
It is a striking contrast to her friend and one time love rival Kate Moss’ campaign for designer brand Agent Provocateur.
A mutual friend of the two commented, ‘The Debenhams design area meant to look like Agent Provocateur, but they are much cheaper. It’s not lost on Jade that it could appear that she is coming off second best to Kate again, but it’s not something she can afford to turn down.’
May be, poor Jade is trying to maintain her presence in the glam world, after losing her job as creative director of royal jewellers Garrard.
