Jennifer Lopez wants arbitral settlement in her legal battle with her first husband Ojani Noa. Ojani is reported to have vowed to fight lopez ‘to the end’.
Noa, a former waiter, announced his plans to write a book on his one-year long married life with Lopez in April 2006. He seemed determined to carve some money out of the popularity of his ex-wife. Lopez, however, was equally determined to stop him. So, she filed a suit against him asking the court to issue a restraining order preventing him from disclosing their sexual intimacy in the book. The court issued the order restraining the fellow from disclosing his sex life with Lopez.
They entered into an agreement according to which Noa could not make money from telling anything about their brief marriage.
In December 06, he told the judge that he regretted agreeing to the preliminary injunctions, and said:
I want to fight this thing to the end. My life has not been the same since this lawsuit was filed.
Fight it as you may, but it is wrong to profit by trading muck.
