Jessica Alba and her fellow cast members showed up at Chelsea West Cinema for the premiere of their new movie, Awake on Wednesday. Alba donned a sheer black lace dress for the premiere of Awake. Other co-stars at the film’s premiere were Hayden Christensen, Lena Olin and Terrence Howard.
The psychological thriller will hit theaters next Friday, Nov. 30. The story focuses on a man (Christensen) who suffers ‘Anesthetic Awareness’ (An occurrence where during surgery where not enough anesthetic medication for the patient’s body weight), and finds himself awake and aware, but paralyzed, during heart surgery. His wife (Alba) must wrestle with her own demons as a drama unfolds around them.’
