Johnny Depp has developed a kind of a split personality of a gangster while filming “Public Enemy”.
He feels magic walking and talking like the notorious gangster, John Dillinger, the character he’s playing in ???Public Enemies???. He claims that he could “could almost feel him”.
The actor had so dwelled into the character that he felt Dillinger was watching on him and he used to seek his approval to ensure he portrayed him exactly.
Depp tells, ???It was magical to be able to literally walk in the same steps that he took. You could almost feel him. I did feel him, not to be spooky or anything, but there were moments when I felt his presence. There were moments when I felt a certain level of approval from the guy???.
This is called Johnny Depp’s depth of acting!
