‘Sleuth’ star Jude Law was arrested for allegedly attacking a photog outside his home in Maida Vale, West London, on September 4. Brit actor is said to have to grab the photog’s camera in the alleged incident yesterday.

The unnamed snapper asserts Law ferociously assaulted him outside the actor’s north west London home, punching him in the face and kicking him to the ground that resulting in emergency medical treatment. Contrary to this, Law accuses the photog of ‘being a paedophile’ for trying to take pictures of his children.

The photographer denies he was trying to take photographs at all and his camera was still in his bag. He stated,

I was at a bus stop near Jude’s house,’ the shutterbug reports, I wasn’t taking pictures of him. My camera was still in the bag.

However, ‘Alfie’ star who strongly denied the claims was later held by the police and was taken to Marylebone police station on suspicion of ‘causing bodily harm.’ But he was later bailed after being fingerprinted and is believed to report back to the authorities in October 2007.
