Julia Roberts is such an intelligent woman. The other day she came up with a gem of an explanation about chemistry (between two people). She was speaking about her new film, Duplicity, and her on-screen chemistry with co-star Clive Owen when she enlightened the interviewer at E! Daily 10.
Here’s what she thinks about her rapport with Clive Owen,
It???s energy, chemistry is energy, right? Like we have chemistry. I???m being serious. I do think it???s energy, so Clive and I have similar sense of humor and that translates itself when you try to package it as sexual or romantic. It???s the same thing.
However, the Pretty Woman is not so comfortable when it comes down to on-screen love scenes. Here’s her explanation,
Oh I try to avoid it at every turn. I???ve kissed through sheets ’cause I just think it???s bizarre. People go ‘Oh is it sexy?’ What is sexy about 60 people standing there going, ‘Is it lunch yet?’
