Justin Timberlake was so genuinely concerned about Britney Spears that he called her to check if all was ok. The pop tart had entered rehab in February and later divorced Kevin Federline.
At a press conference for his new movie Shrek The Third Justin said,
I called her because I worried about her. She’s a great woman. I’m rooting for her. [It] seems like she’s getting everything under control now.
Timberlake had split with Cameron Diaz in January this year. But surprisingly, the actress who is his costar in Shrek, was also attending the press day.
Justin said that being single has its own advantages and disadvantages. He said,
The advantages are that you don’t get in as many arguments, and the disadvantage is that you’re talking to yourself.
But these days the singer isn’t exactly lonely. He’s been spending time with actress Jessica Biel. The two have been seen partying a lot together and this probably was the reason of his split from Diaz.
