I am sharing with you another comfort food called as Kadhi or deep-fried lentil balls in yogurt.
Ingredients
Soaked yellow lentils
Yogurt
Turmeric Powder
Soda
Salt
Mustard seeds
Whole Red Chilies
Red Chili Powder
Method
1. Make a fine paste of the lentils, soda, salt and add to it cornflour.
2. Make balls and deep-fry.
3. In a wok add mustard seeds and whole red chilies. Add yogurt, turmeric powder and the lentil balls.
4. Add a bit of water, simmer and garnish it with culantro.
