It’s nice to see that some of our Hollywood beauties still have their ‘gray matter’ intact in their brains and Kate Winslet certainly tops the list. She looked absolutely fresh and beautiful last weekend on the red carpet while premiering for her latest flick ‘Little Children’.
But this will be her last movie for a while as she has decided to take a break so that she could concentrate more on raising of her kids.
Kate said,
“It was very trying to play a mother who basically couldn’t feel close to or look after the needs of her child. It was disturbing to put myself into that woman’s head and it made me all the more aware of my own responsibilities as a mother. It was such a cathartic experience to portray somebody who can’t cope with her life that it reminded me how much I need my own children. That’s why I’ve decided to take a year off to be with the kids and watch them grow and just enjoy the feeling of being very motherly.”
Not only is this talented actress beautiful but she is very low-profile with no airs about her. Recently Kate was seen showing concern that how this trend of staying skinny and portraying a pale look among young Hollywood girls is misleading other girls.
Well said Kate, we just love you and would wait to see more of you…!
