Katharine McPhee has lot much to celebrate apart from upcoming X’mas celebrations. The 23-year-old is blooming with happiness from her forthcoming wedding plans with actor Nick Cokas. The former American Idol runner-up is reported to be engaged with Nick Cokas and was seen flaunting her engagement ring to friends.
The couple got engaged after dating for a year. They first met in 2005 while they were performing for ‘The Ghost and Mrs. Muir’ and later after a year, they began romancing when both attended the San Francisco American Idol audition.
With 19-year of age difference, the couple gels well with each other and age seems never a concern as McPhee said:
The age was never really a concern. He just makes things really fun we love business. We love going to meetings together and create things together.
Well said! As McPhee and fiancee Cokas will come together for the film The Last Caller, later they have plans for another romantic comedy that will star McPhee and will be produced by Cokas.
McPhee’s self-titled album debuted at No.2, on Billboard on its release earlier this year. These days, she is busy filming the Anna Faris comedy, ‘I Know What Boys Like’.
