Katherine Heigl loses Valentine’s Day

heigl pricey
Katherine Heigl is an enlightened woman now, at least for the time being. The demanding actress recently learned a hard lesson in the easiest possible way. She has been DUMPED by the producers of the upcoming romantic comedy Valentine’s Day for acting too pricey!

Reportedly, Katherine demanded a staggering $3 million to play her role in a movie which has got an ensemble cast. I don’t think she acted pricey, she was plain foolish to demand such an amount! The New York Post reports,

Producers at New Line originally had Katherine on their casting list. They wanted her for the project, but during the talks, she came back demanding $3 million for the role.

Our source calls that number “ridiculous” because the movie has “an ensemble cast where there is really no one lead role. Actors are only filming between three and 14 days, and no other actors asked for nearly that amount.

The lesson – never demand more than your actual worth. The fees – $3 million from her perspective and absolutely ‘nothing’ from the producers’ perspective!
