Kathy Griffin had a teen date at the 2009 Teen Choice awards. The 48-year-old “D-list” celebrity had everyone’s eyes popping out at her and her date, Levi Johnston, ex-fiancé of Sarah Palin’s daughter.
The 19-year-old was proudly walking down the red carpet hand in hand with Griffin. The two were really throwing themselves at the media, kissing and hugging for the cameras.
Quite apparently, it was majorly a publicity stunt intended by the stand-up comedian.
Johnston, when asked being Griffin’s date, said, “I just, you know, look at her, shut up and do what I’m told.”
A hot young teen can’t keep their frustration too long inside. However, it was a golden opportunity for him to become at least somebody from nobody.
