Katy Perry was spotted at the 2008 MTV Europe Music Awards sporting a very funny dress. I’m calling it funny because I can’t term it repulsive straightaway. A bright blue dress with a pair of giant eyes over your boobs is not a very bright idea, unless it happens to be a Halloween costume!
Though her wardrobe was a total disaster (yellow shoes, eeks!!), I just can’t take my eyes off those booby eyes. And Katy was even doing her best to identify with those eyes by opening her own eyes as wide as possible.
