Katy Perry slipped once again into a super-tight latex dress as she performed at BBC Radio 1???s Teen Awards 2010 the other day. I’m unable to decode the theme of her delicious outfit this time, but that’s not relevant at this level. What’s relevant at level one is our ability to make out whether her outfit is hot enough or not, and enjoy the results. And the answer is, yes! Katy Perry once again rocks in her latex dress.
