Katy Perry once again proved that she is the blessed one. She stunned the audience at the 2009 Summertime Ball at the Emirates Stadium in London yesterday by turning up in a two-piece red/white polka-dotted dress and walked away with the first prize for her daring outfit. Daring… because anyone else would’ve looked a complete clown with those large polka dots all over her body. But it’s Katy Perry, and that makes all the difference. She kinda reminds me of Dorothy (Judy Garland) from The Wizard of Oz courtesy of her chirpy attitude and short hairstyle. Enjoy the gallery after the jump.
