Kid Rock, has won half the battle as U.S. District Court Judge John Feikens ordered World Wide Red Light District to not to post any preview clip of the sex tape which was shot in 1999 and features Kid Rock, Scott Stapp involved in sexual activities with four other female fans.
The lawsuit filed by Kid Rock requests to permanently stop the distribution of the tape. His legal representative says that the tape is authentic but the firm is trying to sell it without his permission its simply violating his trademark and privacy Rights.
