Though Ryan Phillippe might be seeing Britney Spears but he wants to be with his two children. For the same he wants them back from his ex wife Reese Witherspoon.
Like so many other Hollywood couples, their wedding too ended up in divorce last November. The couple has two kids 7-year-old Ava and 3-year-old Deacon. While filing for divorce Witherspoon cited irreconcilable differences. In her divorce petition the Legally Blonde actress asked for visitation for Phillippe and also the right to retain their family residence.
Similarly Ryan too has also mentioned the same reason for the divorce and want the physical custody of his children as well as visiting right for both parties.
Ryan and Witherspoon fell in love during the making of 1999 thriller Cruel Intentions and they married the same year.
In 2005 Reese Witherspoon happened to won the Oscar for playing the role of June Carter Cash in Walk the Line.
