Wherever she goes, Kirsten Dunst???s clothes always get more attention and talked about than herself. And not entirely without reason. We will have to admit, her style is??? um??? very unusual. Some people call it quirky. Some call it downright silly (now we are getting closer to the point). She hasn???t yet been forgiven for turning up in a blue dress with a huge bow that almost sparked off the rumor that she was pregnant. Look at the photo and you wouldn???t need to ask why. And let???s not even talk about her ???bathrobe??? outfit.
So, the news of Kirsten, who has been in the movies since 1989, is all set to try her hand at fashion designing is sure to meet with skeptical comments and not-so-polite smirks. And that???s exactly what happened.
The Spiderman chick is the new poster-girl for Miu Miu this week. She modeled several whimsical outfits for the spring/summer 2008 ad campaign shot by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot. And, she happens to be one of the rare celebrities the coveted Lutz & Patmos has teamed up with. Dunst will launch her range during New York fashion week on February 3, at Manhattan’s New Museum.
Maybe, just maybe, she really has something. Let???s give her a chance guys.
