Kristen Dalton is the new Miss USA. Clearly the judge’s choice from the very beginning, the 22-year-old from North Carolina clinched the crown after beating other beauties at the Miss USA pageant held last night at the Planet Hollywood Resort Casino. She’ll now represent USA at the Miss Universe contest.
