American pop singer Lady Gaga is obdurate against plastic surgery to change the appearance of her face. The singer, who said she never underwent a plastic surgery, condemned pop singers and other celebrities for cosmetic surgery to get brand-new faces. Gaga thought that undergoing plastic surgery would promote insecurity and it would be harmful for the artistic expressions of celebrities.

The Poker Face hitmaker is adamant she has never gone under the knife and she disapproves of artists who alter their looks as they are ???promoting insecurity??? among impressionable fans.
In a chat with Harper???s Bazaar magazine, Lady Gaga said she never planned to undergo a plastic surgery in her life and would never do it. It seems that Lady Gaga is of view that artists should appear in front of public with their talents in their original forms. Plastic surgery is meant to alter the entire shape of the face in a way a person wants.
As Lady Gaga mentioned, plastic surgery is indeed harmful for the health of people. Pop king Michael Jackson who had undergone numerous plastic surgeries was really suffering from its aftereffects in the final stages of his life.
