Anna Nicole Smith’s ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead appeared hopeful of getting custody of Nicole’s daughter as he left the ‘Bahamian Supreme Court’ after attending a hearing in the paternity suit regarding the baby girl.
Larry Birkhead is entangled in a three-way court room battle with Nicole’s mother Virgie Arthur and Nicole’s lawyer Howard K. Stern over the custody of Nicole’s 6-month-old daughter Dannielynn. Larry birkhead, who claims to be the father of Nicole’s child, was speaking on a detailed interview given to Tony Potts of Access Hollywood.
The California based photographer was clearly happy over the proceedings of the court and is hopeful to get a judgement in his favour. And he is very happy about pace at which the things are moving in the Bahamas.
The 6-month-old baby girl Dannielynn Hope is currently in custody of Nicloe’s lawyer and live-in partner Howard K. Stern, who has claimed that the child is his. Howard is listed as Dannielynn’s father on the Bahamian birth certificate.
The court report is said to have made a DNA test imminent and this is the reason why Larry is pretty hopeful that by April the things will be sorted out and he will have Dannielynn.
Larry Birkhead has already set up a baby nursery in anticipation and is waiting for the bundle of joy to be delivered into his arms.
