Ex teen heartthrob Leif Garrett, has gone to a strict live-in drug rehabilitation program, this decision was taken as he failed a recent drug test and it became evident that he requires more aid than he was getting at an outpatient treatment program.
Garret was arrested because of illegal possession of cocaine a couple of years back and according to a case filed last month he was carrying heroin with him when security officers stopped him from boarding a train without ticket.
Commissioner Melissa Widdifield, has asked Garret to return for next hearing scheduled on 9 March. She said that he deserves entering the live in program and is required to attend the counseling sessions.
