I think replacing the toilet would have been a better idea. Rock star Lenny Kravitz is being sued for the third time because of his blocked toilet that overflowed in his Manhattan penthouse during 2004.
Pacific Indemnity Insurance Company paid $457,339 to Mark Van Lith who’s forth floor apartment suffered damages because of Lenny’s toilet. Now the firm wants him to pay the amount. In total he is facing claims of $800,000 damages to three separate tenants.
