Continuing the drug-and-booze legacy of hip-hop high culture, rapper Lil Wayne decided to hide a stash of grass, E and coke on board his tour bus while he was crossing through Yuma, Arizona. And also continuing with hip-hop tradition, he was prominently searched by the cops and their canine squad, and nabbed for possession.
The rapper has been slapped with three felony charges for being caught red handed with 105 grams of marijuana, 29 grams of cocaine and an unspecified amount of ecstacy pills. Two members of his entourage have also been charged with possession of grass.
I guess this is what they consider coming of age in the rap industry. And now that he???s almost certain to do time and become a convicted felon, maybe people will start noticing him and actually buy his albums for a change! See, you always benefit if you follow tradition!
