Dina Lohan is being accused of fraud and music directors Mitchell Chait and Antonio Almeida are filing a lawsuit against her. Music directors say that they signed a deal with Lohan’s mother in 2002 and recorded half of the album in 2002 and 2003. Then next year Dina signed another deal with Casablanca Records. Lindsay’s two albums A little more personal and Speak were produced by Casablanca after that.
Now Mitchell and Antonio are suing Dina to get back their $10,000 they gave her before she signed the contract with Casablanca.
