Lindsay Lohan has finally entered the jail to begin her 90-day sentence for violating probation in a DUI case. LiLo was escorted to the Century Regional Detention Facility in an unmarked silver sheriff’s car and was booked into custody at 10:11 a.m. Tuesday.

After a ride in the backseat of an unmarked silver sheriff’s car, Lindsay Lohan arrived at a women’s jail Tuesday and began a three-month sentence for violating probation in a DUI case. Chased by paparazzi on motorcycles and TV cameras in helicopters, the car brought Lohan, 24, from the Beverly Hills courthouse, where she had surrendered, to the covered parking garage of Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif. The actress was booked into custody at 10:11 a.m. and underwent routine medical and psychiatric tests.
As speculated by experts, there are wide chances that LiLo won’t be serving the full 90-day term and might get released within a month due to the Sheriff’s Department’s long-standing policy of releasing nonviolent offenders early due to overcrowding.
