Lip Smacking Fried Fish Recipe

Look out for the lip-smacking Fried Fish Slice!

Ingredients required:

You will require 250g of fish slices, 10 sweet peas, 1/2 handful soaked and soften Wolfberries, 1/2 T of minced garlic, 1 egg white,1/2 T of cornflour and oil.

Ingredients for sauce:

You will require 2 T of Chinese cooking wine. 2 T of Ginger juice, 3 T broth, 1/2 T Apple Cider or White Vinegar, cornflour for thickening and salt.

Method of Preparation:

Step1 : Take fish slices in a bowl and mix them with egg white and cornflour.

Step 2: Keep it aside for five minutes. Now, pour 200 ml oil in a pot and heat it.

Step 3: For approximately 15 seconds, deep fry the fish. Repeat the same process for sweet peas. Now drain them.

Step 4: Pour 1 t oil in a wok and heat. Stir garlic until fried and fragrant.

Step 5: Now add sauce to it and start boiling.

Step 6: Now, add fish, sweet peas and wolfberries. Stir them for a minute.

Step 7: Add salt accordingly.

Step 8: in order to thicken the cooked sauce, gradually add cornflour mixture to it.

It is now ready serve. Serve it hot!
