Liz Hurley is well-known for her strict diets. She lost 56lb after giving birth to her son Damian by living off rice and fish.

‘Elizabeth is eating a very little breakfast, followed by a small lunch and only little snacks in the day, like a banana or raisins, before having a regular-sized dinner,’ a close source to her revealed.

Well, it takes a lot of effort to fit in designer gowns on the wedding day and the actress is not leaving any stone unturned.

‘She is drinking four litres of water a day and eating food like steamed fish and green vegetables. She is also eating lots of protein, such as egg-white omelettes and has cut out wheat, dairy, gluten and alcohol,’ the source added.

She is dieting the entire baby fat away, before her marriage to Arun Nayer so that she looks picture perfect on the D day.
