I have no idea what this Operation Smile is all about but I ended up loving this event. The Operation Smile 2009 event saw some gorgeous women blessing us with sweet smiles. Right from Adrienne Bailon to Lydia Hearst and Gretta Monahan to Ciara plus Olivia Palermo and Natalie Morales, the event displayed a variety of this sweet gesture. Anyway, my favorite smiling beauty is Lydia Hearst and I’m rooting for her cause – smile often, because it increases your face value and costs nothing! Check out the gallery after the jump.
