Lego has come up with some adorable miniature characters of celebs to mark its 30th anniversary. You can find a toy Cliff Richards, Amy Winehouse, David Beckham, Victoria Adams, Cheryl Cole, Danni Minogue ??? and hold your breath! ??? Madonna! I am not really interested in commenting about others in the league, but I am certainly happy about the cherubic pop diva. I congratulate the Danish toy maker for freezing her doll-like features in time. The cute Lego, in a gorgeous black outfit with an M in the center, has blonde hair just like its real-life counterpart. Is there a more befitting pose for the miniature replica of this veteran songstress, who has given the world some unforgettable renditions, than the one that portrays it holding a mike?
I really wish Lego had released the toys to the public. I would have certainly bought the miniature replicas of the ‘Material Girl’ and Sir Cliff Richards – I would have preserved them as a token of a tribute to these revered musical geniuses.
