Human value is less felt among the people of India. The people on the wheels especially the youngsters due to their reckless driving defiant disregards for dangers and catastrophe leading usually irremediable ruin and misfortune to their family members. A visit to any neurological blocks of any leading hospitals, there will be common sight young women about to be widowed, with a children in the arms praying God to bring back the comatose husbands to life. A study conducted by Ahmedabad based organization, Lifeline Foundation is appalling.

The study reports, that, ”India accounts for 13 per cent of road accident fatalities worldwide. With 130,000 deaths in 2007, India tops in the number of people killed in road accidents, surpassing China’s 90,000.

Most of these deaths occurred due to bad road designs and lack of proper traffic management systems to separate different streams of traffic.” The lists of road accidents are quite huge. Marriage parties traveling in van, charted bus with glee lose the lives in accident. Pilgrims either to or from lose their lives in vehicular accidents. School children meet similar fates. Quarry deaths are common their lives being trapped unaware.

Hundreds of people die in stampede especially in festive season like Namarari, too many train accidents are all quite common example for of your own free will or design; done by choice; not forced or compelled; negligence as an agent.

In Chennai an electric passenger train ran without engine driver lightening speed finally to land on a station platform killing many. Unmanned level crossing becomes an object for breaking news. Fire hazards are numerous killing innocent children. Kumbakonam fire hazard is notorious and heart rendering. Buildings collapse and bridges break down causing human disasters. At least 67 people were killed and 50injured when two firebombs went off on the New Delhi-Wagah SamjhautaExpress just before midnight on and Mumbai 26/11 killing hundreds are terrorists’ foul play.

The most recent man made deaths happened in Andhra-Telengana bifurcation Bandhs. Apart from human loss, the economic losses are per mutable capable of changing or upsetting the whole economic sequences.

While farmers’ orgies an immoderate indulgence in suicides,an emotional binge, are rampant and ugly and, where shall the common ignorant man go for correcting these man made errors or faults? Such issues are quite complicated since some bad political touts are involved in the scandal.

In traffic accidents rules are not strict. Even if it would be strict, the bribery is a common practice. Buildings, bridges collapse because of laxity in rules. A rule, a principle or condition that customarily governs that a building more than 50 years should not exists, should be strictly followed. Stampede in shrines can be avoided by forecasting the magnitude of the pilgrimage and capacity of the space available. A proper organized discipline if followed calamities can be minimized.

Now who will solve the state of difficulty called as “the problem”, and who is incapable in avoiding such a death, the man’s only sweet property. Can we call whether it is an imprudence of Man, Government or an act of destiny?
