Here’s the first catfight of 2010. Mariah Carey and Paris Hilton are at loggerheads because of a music video for Prince Azim of Brunei. Reportedly, Paris was supposed to be a part of the said music video, but her frail personality proved a bit too frail for Mariah’s fat ego. The result – Paris is out of the video.

Prince Azim, 27, who is the son of the Sultan of Brunei, had his heart set on both superstars appearing alongside each other, but when ultra-precious Mariah, 39, found out she would have to share the limelight with big-headed Paris, 28, she hit the roof. Mariah laid down an ultimatum leaving him in no doubt about who was the real superstar. The man-eating pop supremo said: ???It???s either me or her, I won???t do it with her. I???m a bigger name.??? The Rollercoaster singer got what she wished (when does she not?) and Prince Azim ditched Ms Hilton so Mariah can have the stage all to herself. He even agreed to fly Ms Carey and her 14-strong entourage on a private jet from New York to London to film the video.
I think I’ve cracked the reason behind Mariah’s drunk appearance at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. It was a part of her victory celebration. Victory to thee, Mariah!
