Goth rocker Marilyn Manson gets in legal trouble with his band’s former keyboardist, Stepehen ‘Pogo’ Bier, who accusing Manson of using his band’s money on ‘sick and disturbing purchases’.

The complaint filed Wednesday in LA court claims the shock rocker purchased African masks made of human skin and a full skeleton of a four-year-old Chinese girl to use as a chandelier and another skeleton of a man in a wheelchair, swastika wall tiles and a mounted grizzly bear on his shopping list which are all illegal in the US.

Other accusations claimed in lawsuit includes that Evan Rachael Wood, the frontman’s 19-year-old girlfriend, was given ‘the highest salary ever paid to any actress in any music video in history’ for starring in the Heart Shaped Glasses clip. Overall, Bier stated America’s favorite bad guy owes him at least $23.35m in shared profits.

Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, allegedly paid tour crew huge amounts to move suitcases filled with ‘Alice in Wonderland’ books because he was obsessed with author Lewis Carroll. Bier further claims that the rocker promised ‘partnership proceeds’ from the band in 1993, , only to see Manson spend large amounts of money on a ‘multi-million-dollar home,’ ‘a lavish wedding in Ireland’ and ‘an engagement ring to Dita Von Teese,’ Manson’s former wife.

Moreover, when the allegations first arose in August, Manson dismissed them as absurd.
Bier has played keyboards on every Manson album except for the newest one, ‘Eat Me, Drink Me.’
