Soy foods based company Solae, has come up with a breakthrough for all those who are deviating from red meat, with its patent pending technology called as SoleCina. SoleCina claims to swap the taste of soy protein with the taste of meat, by blending vegetable and meat protein.
The company claims that when this ‘nutritious hybrid’ when incorporated into non-vegetarian preparations not only substitutes the taste of meats but also mimics the full-muscled texture of meats. The Company is reported to have formulated the product in a way that it boosts iron and vitamin content in the body along with being easily digestible
