F. Marc Schaffel has sued former pop king Michael Jackson. Marc was his business associate and has sued him for $3.8 million for unrepaid loans and expenses, and unpaid salary for work on a charity record called ‘What More Can I Give.’ However, Michael’s rep Raymone Bain told that he would not appear in the court for the trials. Trials will look into his weird spending habits too. Attorneys have taken videotaped depositions from him during two London sessions.

Jury selection was scheduled for Tuesday but it was postponed for Wednesday without giving any reason. Jackson has also countersued him claiming that Marc misappropriated artwork belonging to him, and that Marc didn’t handle his financial records properly.
