– A Victim of physical,mental and sexual abuse MBA student Arya(21)urged Patna Police for Justice in her eight page Hindi suicide note.
Arya a student of distance learning of MBA from Madurai Kamraj University,Madurai became a victim of repeatedly physical,mental and sexual abuse ends her life by hanging herself from ceiling fan on 25 October Monday in her bedroom of flat No A-408 in Patna.She was a resident of Laxmi Apartment,New Chitragupta Nagar,Kankerbagh,
under Patrakar Nagar police station area in Patna.At the time of the suicide her parents were not present in the home. Her corpse was found by her mother in her bedroom hanging from the ceiling fan.A Hindi hand written eight page suicide note was also found on her bed.
Non response to mobile calls forced her mother Kalyani to rush home from office. The main gate of the flat was locked from inside by the girl.After reaching home she called a blacksmith to cut the grill. The blacksmith broke the gate.Unfortunately she found her daughter’s hanging body from the ceiling fan in the bedroom.
Her father Arvind Kumar is a clerk in Panchsheel School,Kumhrar in Patna.Her mother is a staff in Arcade Business College,Patna.Her elder brother Anshumali is a MBA student in Chennai.
Arya’s love with Harsh Ranjan was started four years ago when she was an intermediate student.Her classmate Deepika Ranjan is Harsh’s
sister.Deepika introduced her brother Harsh with Arya during her marriage party in Patna.
Her suicide note alleged that Vinit,Pushkar and Harsh raped her regularly and had even made her obscene MMS after threatening to implicate her family members in false criminal cases if she could not co-operate for the shoot.Her non co-operation will make her parents jobless and homeless.Her obscene pix/films would be posted on porn websites that would ruin her career and life.
According to the Police sources Harsh Ranjan was Arya’s ex lover.
Pushkar@JaiShanker,Pravin Kumar and Shitanshu Vineet was Harsh’s friends.Jyoti Ranjan is Harsh’s sister.Harsh Ranjan has a criminal record.He was not a brilliant student of RPS Engineering College, Patna but a three times failure student in Intermediate Science.He was a mad lover of Arya.He is a relative of ADM family.His father Upendra Prasad is a senior auditor in AG office in Patna.
Insult of Harsh’s father by rejection of the marriage purposal by Arya’s father in October led to the physical and mental torture of Arya on 20 October at Laxmi Apartment’s flat by Harsh and his three friends.Caste difference was one of the major causes of the marriage purposal rejection.This incident pushed her for suicide.
Victim arya was regularly mentally tortured by Harsh Ranjan and his friends’ by six mobile phones.Her suicide note tells the horrible story of months long repeatedly physical,mental and sexual abuse by Harsh Ranjan and his friends.
According to her suicide note six accused are Harsh Ranjan (Road No.7 Ashok Nagar,Patna),Pravin Kumar (Central Bank Colony Patna,),Pushkar @ Jai Shanker(A-1,Bankmen’s Colony,Patna,
Shitanshu Vineet ( A-401,Laxmi Apartment,Patna),Jyoti Ranjan (Harsh’s sister)and Stuti (Shitanshu Vineet’s sister).Three tormentors are engineering students.
“On the basis of the statements of Arya’s parents an FIR has been registered in the Patrkar Nagar police station against four tormenters under IPC section 306. We would investigate the allegation made by the victim girl in her suicide note.If the allegations are found true,stringent action would be taken against them.”said City SP Manu Maharaj to the mediapersons.
On Wednesday night one tormentor Pushkar @ Jai Shanker was arrested by the Patna Police team from his maternal grandmother’s home at Barhaiya in Lakhisarai district.Rest tormentors are traceless yet.Amazingly Patna Police is silent on the details about the postmortem report of the Arya.
Arya’s suicide silenlty speaks her months long horribble and tragic story of her struggle with sexmonsters and non co-operation mentality of our moneyleach corrupt cops with poor victims.
Amazingly three rapists are hiding yet.Patnaites are waiting for the justice and stern action against the all tormentors.
