Actress Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to a 60 days stint behind the bars recently over the charges infringement of probation terms after she was caught driving under alcohol influence in Hawaii.
However, because the jail was too overcrowded she was released within a few hours. The authorities of Los Angeles County jail confirmed the report. Contessa Mankiewicz, spokeswoman, said that prosecutors are not happy about it.
Michelle is surely happy with this but still she will have to complete 30 days of community service. She will remain under trial until June 2009. Source close to her revealed, she has taken the responsibility of the past and is all set to concentrate on her career.
