Remember that dude who went vocal with his love for Miley Cyrus and declared that they were meant to be with each other? Well, the 53-year-old is currently in jail. He was arrested Sunday after he attempted to breach a security perimeter around Miley’s movie set. He has been charged with attempting to stalk the teenage star.
Fox News quotes the Tybee Island Police Chief Jim Price as saying,
Mark McLeod, 53, of Appling was arrested after Walt Disney Pictures security officers reported he had returned to the beachside movie set Sunday after police warned him to stay away in June.
He was asking for Miley and going up and knocking on some doors of beach homes near the set. The security guards recognized him. In fact, he went up to the security guards and asked them ‘Is Miley around?’
He was first arrested by the Tybee Island police on June 22 on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and was released the next day with a warning to stay away from Miley. He was slated for a court appearance Sept. 1, but it seems the dude was really impatient, because he returned too soon and landed straight into the hands of the police.
True love? I’m not sure, but he is a dedicated stalker by all means!
