Whether Aisha Esbay???s claim against Country singer and song-writer Miranda Lambert was a fake one or not is now and old story for the law tends to disagree entirely as Aisha was arrested on the charge of a false report. So thus, going by the law, it is the accuser who has turned into the accused. Aisha had reported that she was assaulted by Miranda after turning down her request to click a snap together. Aisha mentioned that Miranda snubbed her for being in the VIP section whilst she was busy hanging around with her new found love Blake Shelton.
Had the charges against Miranda stayed, it would have accounted for a Level C misdemeanour but her getting freed in this case meant that Aisha had to face a punishment under a misdemeanour which could result into jail time and fine or even both. It was only Aisha and her mother who felt offended for the others including the bartenders and waiters at Bootleggers utterly denied such an incident. That wasn???t the best of ways to attract publicity Aisha; maybe you should try something better next-time.
