I really don???t understand why established celebrities always tend to tarnish their eminence just for the sake of drugs and other unauthorized substances. How many of you guys remember Mischa Barton? Yes, she had received worldwide fame and acclaims for her role as Marissa Cooper in the American television series The O.C. The 22 year-old television and film actress, who was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana and a controlled substance along with driving without a valid license on December 27, 2007, has now been officially charged for the same offence. As per previous media reports, she ‘was arrested for investigation of DUI in West Hollywood on December 27th after her vehicle was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and she failed to signal when making a turn.’ She was detained then and released on a $10,000 bail. Served her right, I guess.
