If I were to single out a particular celebrity babe who has given me the maximum number of shocks with her unpredictable fashion sense, it’s definitely going to be Mischa Barton. The recently hospitalized actress made yet another stunning appearance at the Arizona Beverages & Music Unites All Points West celebration at The Cooper Square Hotel on Sunday and evoked mixed response from everyone. I personally feel she looked totally hot in that strapped dress. I agree that the dress is a bit too tight, but it is just the perfect item to highlight Mischa’s free spirit. I’m glad she’s back.
