Talk about publicity!!! Rumor has it, that the documentary film maker Morgan Spurlock supposedly succeeded where the US military, intelligence services and allies around the world have failed, for around 6 years. He is believed to have hunted down al-Qai’da chief Osama bin Laden.
Seems implausible, doesn’t it?? Well, that’s what the website of TV station MSNBC claims! It is reported that the Weinstein brothers grabbed the rights of Spurlock’s new movie, Where in the World Is Osama Bin Laden?, for the high price of $25 million after seeing 15 minutes of the video at the Berlin Film Festival in February.
Looks like the question will be answered on its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival. Its not totally unimaginable, though, that the world’s most wanted man granted an interview to Spurlock, as he has done it before to many western journalists. After all, Laden too, needs his regular dosage of publicity too.
