Nadine Coyle may be still unclear about her future with Girls Aloud, but she deserves an A-plus for taming the future on personal front. The 25-year-old singer has got engaged to football star beau Jason Bell after he proposed to her by surprise in Los Angeles last week. Nadine broke the good news in an interview on BBC Radio 1 when she was questioned about the big diamond on her wedding finger.
The Sun quotes her as saying to Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills,
Yes it is an engagement ring. It was last week. I’d just got back from London and he surprised me with a ring while I was in my pyjamas. If I’d known I’d have had a blow-dry or at least a manicure or something. It was in Los Angeles. He was really nice. He got down on two knees – not one – because he had played football for a while so he was all banged up. It was different. He’s probably dying now!
Congratulations to Nadine and Jason! However, I wish she does something about her feud with former band member and friend Cheryl Cole and buries the issue before her big day. Obviously, this is her golden chance to reclaim old friendship and double the joy of her wedding preparations and celebrations.
