Naomi Campbell could face arrest if she fails to appear in court next month. The famous model has been accused of throwing a mobile phone at her housekeeper’s head in January.
She failed to appear for her hearing at Manhattan Criminal Court on 27th September regarding this case. Her lawyer, David Breitbart claimed that her absence was not due to professional reasons.
Judge James Gibbons announced to the jury that, ‘I want to make it clear that she is absolutely obliged to appear at the next hearing. If she fails to appear on that court date, the warrant will go into effect.’
Guess it’s high time and Naomi needs to learn a lesson.
