A day after tying a knot with his fiancee Jaclyn Nesheiwat, Scott Stapp was arrested as he was suspected intoxication. The couple was planning to spend their honeymoon in Hawaii and to board a plane to the place but was stopped by Police at the International airport of Los Angeles.
He was charged with public intoxication of alcohol or drugs and was taken into custody as he was behaving in an aggressive manner. He has been ordered to appear for a trial on March 8 in Los Angeles.
