Nick Lachey is seeking spousal support from his soon to be ex wife Jessica Simpson and is demanding for his jewelry back. In response to Simpson’s divorce papers filed on 16 December, Lachey cited incompatible differences for the termination of their three year long marriage.
He has asked for all his personal stuff, jewelry, his earnings and assets from and after the date of their separation.
Simpson says that they spitted on 23 November whereas as Lachey says it was 13 of December last year. Simpson has asked court not to give spousal support to Nick.
