‘The Simple Life’ star Nicole Richie has been charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence, two months after she was arrested for driving on the wrong side of an LA freeway in her SUV on Dec 11th 2006.
Hollywood Brat also had a prior misdemeanor DUI conviction in 2003 and according to Calfiornia vehicle code states that if convicted of a DUI twice within 10 years a person faces a sentence of 90 days to a year in jail, a fine between $390 and $1,000, and a suspension of driving privileges.
She’s scheduled to be arraigned in Los Angeles County Superior Court next Wednesday (February 21).
Nicole admitted that in addition to gasping vicodin and smoking weed, she also consumed alcohol that night in Dec. ’06.
