Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban signed a pre-nuptial agreement before leaving for Sydney where they will be marrying on Sunday. According to the agreement, Keith Urban will get £350,000 for every year he is married to Nicole.
If they had any children together then they will have their joint custody. Keith will not be allowed to take them out of the country in which Nicole lives.
However, any settlement will become invalid if Keith uses excess of alcohol or drugs. Initially they were in no mood to sign a pre-nup but Nicole’s father advised her that undoubtly Keith is not a gold digger but there is no harm in securing your own future.
