BA did acknowledge that it was a hard decision to make for them considering their long term alliance with the 37 year old model. Naomi???s rep on the other hand believed that this could be sorted out in a more amicable manner for Naomi has been with BA for over 30 years and she has been a good customer.
Meanwhile Virgin Atlantic saw this as a competitive opportunity by mentioning that Naomi was welcome to fly with them which pretty well explains; why the former is a leader over the latter and deservedly so.
